Are alerts the same as prayer requests?
No. Prayer requests stay part of everyday care and prayer. A Care Alert provides a separate route when a situation needs Senior Leadership attention.
Does raising an alert replace our safeguarding procedure?
No. Churches remain responsible for safeguarding, urgent escalation and pastoral decisions. My12 supports recording and follow-up within that wider responsibility.
