Is this a two-way Planning Center sync?
No. The current integration imports supported data into My12. It does not send My12 prayer, care or attendance records back to Planning Center.
What do leaders use after the import?
They use My12 for their group’s people, prayer, care history, planned follow-up and attendance reporting. Senior Leadership gains a view of that recorded activity across the church.
