Sub-processors

Third-party services used to provide hosting, authentication, database, billing, AI, and customer-authorised integrations.

Overview

My12 uses trusted third-party providers to operate the platform. These providers process data only for the purposes needed to provide, secure, bill, support, or improve My12.

Customers should review this page as part of their own data protection records.

Google Firebase and Google Cloud Platform

  • Purpose: Authentication, database, hosting, cloud functions, storage, security monitoring, and infrastructure.
  • Location: United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States, and other Google Cloud regions as configured or required for service delivery.

Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics

  • Purpose: Optional analytics on the public website and supported web clients, subject to the applicable controls. Firebase Analytics is disabled in the native Leaders App.
  • Location: Google service locations. Public website analytics loads only after the visitor chooses to allow it.

Stripe

  • Purpose: Subscription checkout, payment processing, invoices, billing portal, fraud prevention, and payment records.
  • Location: United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States, and other Stripe service locations.

Google Gemini / Google AI services

  • Purpose: Optional AI processing of submitted audio, transcripts, relevant group/person context, prayer requests, care alerts, feedback and authorised knowledge excerpts to prepare drafts, classify, summarise or answer questions. Separate user permission is required before sharing.
  • Location: Google service locations under the terms applicable to our API account. No claim of zero retention or exclusion from training is made here; avoid unnecessary sensitive detail.

Brevo (Sendinblue)

  • Purpose: Transactional account, invitation, verification, onboarding and billing communications; relevant recipient contact details and template parameters.
  • Location: Brevo service locations under its data-processing terms. Optional marketing remains subject to consent and unsubscribe requirements.

Planning Center Online (customer-authorised integration)

  • Purpose: Customer-authorised import and synchronisation of people, groups, campuses, leaders, and related church data.
  • Location: Planning Center service locations. Planning Center is connected only when the customer authorises the integration.

Changes

My12 may update this list when providers change. Where required by law or contract, My12 will give reasonable notice of material sub-processor changes.

These documents are provided for transparency and customer onboarding. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before use with large or highly regulated customers.
